This is a meetup group for people who are involved within New Media. If you work or are interested in working within this arena please come and socialise with us.

No agenda, just the first trial meeting since taking over the running of this group. Come along, say Hi, see what people come along and who is up to what.

Location is trendy Hoxton/Shoreditch in an often overlooked bar with handy wifi access. Shish bar have a happy 'hour' from 5:30 to 7:00 - come early for a good deal on cocktails. The bar is down the stairs on the Rufus Street entrance, which is the road that connects Old Street to Hoxton Square. Liverpool Street tube is also about 10 mins walk away. www.meetup.com/64/

The Flag and Bell IT Pub Crawl is held on the first Tuesday of each month. It is a free, networking event for anyone interested in search engines, the Internet or web technology.

Come along to network with people in the IT industry. We will visit two pubs and spend about 45 minutes at each. The second pub is in walking distance of the first one. All you need to do is to listen out for the bell and follow the flag to the next pub.
